Kale Chips
You can have this amazing healthy snack ready to serve in only 2 1/2 minutes flat. I am not kidding! These kale chips taste wonderful and are very good for you. You could also use the kale chips to top a salad or meats. Get your kale on!

INGREDIENTS

1/2 bunch of kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash the kale & dry thoroughly
  2. Pull the leaves away from the stalk & break up into bite size bits
  3. Line a plate with paper hand towel
  4. Place the kale on the plate in a single layer
  5. Spray or brush on the oil sparingly
  6. Sprinkle with cracked sea salt
  7. Pop in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes
  8. ENJOY!

  1. I love kale chips!! Such a good and healthy alternative to the potato chips, the only thing I did different from the recipe above is sea salt instead of regular salt.
