Quick Tangy Masala Chips

I crave carbs like all the time and the one thing on a hot day that would hit the spot are these chips!!

Not too unhealthy as they chips were baked and the sauce cooked with very little oil

How to make them, you will need ~

3 large tomatoes chopped

1 large red onion diced

2 tsps ginger & garlic paste

1 tsp chilli paste

1 tbsp rapeseed oil

1 tsp garam masala

Fresh lemon juice

Dash of dark soya sauce

Salt to taste

2 large handfuls of freshly chopped coriander

METHOD

Heat the oil in a medium saucepan on a slow heat

Add the diced onion and stir fry until slightly translucent

Mix in the pastes, the tomatoes, soya sauce and salt to taste

Stir and cover for 5 minutes to allow the tomatoes to release their juice

Sprinkle in the garam masala, combine and empty into a large bowl

Place the crunchy baked chips onto the sauce, top off with coriander and gently combine

Squeeze in some lemon juice and serve hot!
