Yoghurt, apricot and almond pots

My husband loves these yoghurt pots, he is so hooked on to these that he wants to have them for breakfast, brunch, lunch, linner, dinner basically he wants them all the time and yes even if he eats two pots at a go I don’t feel stressed because its healthy, its not going to harm him. These are so delicious, healthy and filling at the same time, they have a taste of the middle east and you can eat them and dream about sand dunes, camels and magical carpets!



250g dried apricots

220ml freshly squeezed orange juice

6 tsp runny honey

150 – 200ml natural Greek yoghurt

20g almonds, roughly chopped
